Every Evergreen order ships from our own warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. We work with all major international couriers, support flexible delivery terms, and can ship on your corporate courier account — so you receive your components the way that suits your business best. Shipping options and costs are confirmed together with your product quotation.
We dispatch worldwide with the following carriers:
FedEx — international express delivery.
UPS — international express delivery.
DHL Express — international express delivery.
Aramex — international delivery.
SF Express — Hong Kong local delivery.
Transit times and rates depend on destination, weight, and service level, and are quoted before you confirm your order.
We offer two standard delivery terms:
EXW Hong Kong (Ex Works): Collect your order from our Kwai Chung warehouse — in person, through your own driver, or via a forwarder or courier you appoint. Goods are packed and ready for handover at the agreed time.
DAP (Delivered at Place): We arrange shipment with one of the couriers above and deliver directly to your address, door-to-door.
If your company holds a corporate account with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, or another carrier, we are glad to use it:
Air Waybill Creation: We create the air waybill under your courier account on your behalf.
Pickup Booking: We submit the pickup order to the courier for you — the courier collects directly from our warehouse.
Billing: Freight charges are billed by the courier to your account at your negotiated rates.
