Warranty & Returns Overview:

• Warranty period starts from the invoice date.
• All warranty claims must have an approved RMA number.
• Products returned without an RMA number will be rejected.
• An RMA number is valid for 14 days.
• Sender must be a company, not a private person.

How to Request an RMA:

1. Email admin@evergreencomputer.com.hk with the tracking number and return documents (including purchase invoice with prices).
2. Indicate the RMA number on the box.
3. Attach the completed RMA form to the package. (Download RMA Form)
4. Add customs comment:
   Faulty computer parts return to supplier for warranty claim. Free of charge, value is only for customs purpose. Delivery terms – DAP Hong Kong.
