About Us – The Journey of Evergreen Computer Technology Company

2019
A Small Boat in a Big Wave

Evergreen Computer Technology Company was founded in 2019, starting as a small player in the global e-commerce market. Our initial business model was B2C drop shipping of computer components, including CPUs, SSDs, and memory modules. We operated on platforms such as Amazon US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, and UAE, as well as Lazada and Shopee in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Thanks to excellent customer feedback and high ratings, we quickly built a loyal base of repeat buyers.

However, at the end of 2019, the COVID-19 outbreak disrupted the supply chain. Supplier lead times increased significantly, making it impossible to meet the fast delivery expectations of B2C customers. This challenge forced us to pivot from a drop-shipping model to a direct trading business.

2020
Our Principle:
Ethics, Integrity, Professionalism

In 2020, we registered Evergreen on multiple B2B platforms such as pcexporter.com and exporters.sg to expand our global exposure.
We quickly learned that B2B is a different world from B2C — while retail customers reward you with public reviews, wholesale clients rarely share suppliers with competitors. Success in B2B requires persistence, trust, and relationship-building.
We adopted our company slogan — "Ethics, Integrity, Professional" — and made it the foundation of every deal we closed.

2021
Building the Foundation:
PC Processors

In 2021, we focused heavily on Intel and AMD boxed processors. These brands were already well-known; our competitive edge came from offering the best prices and fastest delivery.
We built sourcing networks for Intel and AMD CPUs worldwide, and our existing clients began to repurchase from us regularly, strengthening long-term partnerships.

2022
Expanding Our Product Line
(Horizontal Strategy)

By 2022, we realized that customers weren’t just looking for one-time transactions — they wanted suppliers who understood their business.
We analyzed our clients’ product mixes and customer bases, allowing us to upsell related products like SSDs, RAM, and motherboards. This approach transformed our relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships.

2023
Credit Line for Trusted Clients

In wholesale trading, payment terms are crucial. Traditionally, clients paid upfront via TT or bank transfer before shipment. In 2023, we introduced credit lines for our most trusted customers, enabling closer cooperation and mutual growth.

2024
Competing on Price
Winning on Volume

By 2024, trading margins had fallen by 75% compared to 2020. In an intensely competitive, white-hot market, we focused on competitive pricing and strict cost control to drive growth. We outsourced warehousing and fulfillment to trusted third parties while maintaining service standards, negotiated with banks for funding and lower foreign exchange costs, and worked with couriers to reduce shipping expenses. These efforts enabled a 16-fold increase in sales volume and a four-fold rise in net profit despite the lower margins.

2025
From Active to Passive

Our business has shifted from actively searching for clients to being the supplier that clients actively seek out. Trust, consistent pricing, and reliability have positioned Evergreen as a go-to source for computer components worldwide.
